Douglas County commissioners voted to adopt a consolidated county fee schedule after a public hearing and staff presentation explaining the changes. Lee, representing county staff, said the compilation effort followed Minnesota statute 373.41 and was intended to simplify fees for residents by collecting and standardizing charges across departments.
