Paul told the board on the ethics-code agenda item that he completed a draft proposed ordinance to amend the municipality's ethics code and has submitted it to the municipal attorney's office for formatting and legal review. "They're in the process of doing that right now," Paul said, adding, "I would anticipate that that'll be ready for the board to review at the January meeting."
