Greg Koziol of Old Town Companies, the petitioner's representative, said the smaller clubhouse will serve multiple phases of the development and described interior and exterior amenities including a shared fitness center, pool and outdoor grill areas. "We did recently get our FAA approval on this so that's squared away," Koziol said.
No members of the public asked to comment. Staff indicated conditions from the preliminary approval had been met and recommended approval of the resolution. The committee proceeded to a voice ballot; transcript indicates the committee advanced the matter consistent with staff recommendation.
Next steps: Pending formal recording of the resolution and recording of the final plat, the petitioner may apply for improvement location permits and proceed with construction per local permit requirements.
