Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission committees met Jan. 7, 2026. The committees recommended approval of final plans for Providence Phase 5, placed multiple subdivision and rezoning petitions on upcoming public hearing agendas, approved a slate of variance requests and the December budget, and voted to send a proposed change to ADU size rules (new maximums and a basement exception) to the full commission for ordinance drafting.
