City staff updated the Bicycle Advisory Committee on exploratory work to bring a vendor‑run e‑bike and e‑scooter program to Flagstaff. The city has received outreach from interested vendors and has briefed council; staff said they are closer to defining potential fee structures to offset city management costs and are exploring assembly of an RFP review board.
