The Butte-Silver Bow Council of Commissioners on Jan. 7 read four resolutions on final reading and approved each by roll call.

Resolution 2025-65, described in the caption as a fiscal-year budget amendment appropriating unanticipated donation revenue from Town Pump Inc. to purchase gas masks, passed on final reading by a recorded vote of 10-0.

Resolution 2025-71 (establishing effective-date criteria as captioned) passed 10-0 on final reading.

Resolution 2025-73 adopted the city and county's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II self-evaluation and transition plan, following a prior public hearing; the council passed the resolution 10-0 on final reading.

Resolution 2025-74 authorized the sale of a parcel known as 305 West Mercury, Butte, Montana, for economic/community development in accordance with the municipal code. Commissioner Shea asked that the purchase-and-sale agreement be attached to the agenda because the exhibit was missing; the resolution passed 9-1 on a recorded roll call.

Each resolution was moved for final reading and passage by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by others, and recorded by the clerk. The council did not identify any further amendments during the meeting.
