At a meeting of the Freestone County Commissioner Court, an unidentified speaker asked, "Is there a motion to allow constable precinct 2 and constable precinct 3 to participate in the 287(g) program?" and the court moved to grant that authority. The motion was made and seconded; a voice vote was taken and an unidentified speaker announced, "All in favor aye and aye." The speaker then said, "Motion carried."
