Baker County schedules public comp-plan workshop; agency postpones officer elections

The Baker County planning director (Unidentified Speaker 3) said staff is arranging the first public workshop on proposed comprehensive-plan amendments and will work with North Florida Professional Services to set a date and advertise the event. On officer elections, the director said general counsel recommended postponing the vote for board chair and vice chair until the next meeting so both current chair and vice chair could attend (a member identified as Gabe was out of town). The board agreed to move nominations and voting to the February meeting.
