Baker County schedules public comp-plan workshop; agency postpones officer elections
Planning staff told the agency it will host a public comprehensive-plan workshop (likely 3–7 p.m., multiple sessions possible) and the LPA agreed to move chair/vice-chair elections to next meeting so absent members can attend.

The Baker County planning director (Unidentified Speaker 3) said staff is arranging the first public workshop on proposed comprehensive-plan amendments and will work with North Florida Professional Services to set a date and advertise the event. "We're looking at something that is probably around 4 hours starting at, like, 3 and ending at, like, 7," the director said, adding the session will be open for public comment and that staff may present twice (for example at 3 p.m. and again at 5 p.m.) to accommodate different schedules.
