Commissioners adopt 2024 International Fire Code and update county fee schedule
The court adopted the 2024 International Fire Code for Guadalupe County, effective Feb. 1, 2026, and approved a modestly revised fee schedule to cover increased inspection and permit workloads; staff said key local amendments were retained and a variance/committee process remains available.
