"We have these lists to be established for a period of 1 year until 11/19/2026," the speaker said (SEG 037–039). The commission approved those lists during the meeting.
The commission also approved two fire department lists to take effect Nov. 21, 2025, for a two-year period (through Nov. 21, 2027): Fire Captain (list no. 2703) and Fire Lieutenant (list no. 2702). Unidentified Speaker 1 introduced the effective dates and list numbers and commissioners indicated approval (SEG 058–066).
There were no eligible lists presented for extension or termination at this meeting; staff said they would recheck and notify commissioners by email if any items arise (SEG 069–073).
The commission set an exam date of Dec. 13 for Operations Manager and Traffic Foreman and noted approximately six people are expected to participate in total. Speaker 2 asked clarifying questions about the number of candidates and Unidentified Speaker 1 confirmed the estimate (SEG 078–086).
Unidentified Speaker 1 announced the commission’s next meeting will be Dec. 17, 2025, at 03:30; commissioners confirmed attendance.
