At the Sept. 22 meeting, Sarah updated the Clackamas County IDD Advisory Council on an exchange with Mary Rumbaugh and Tracy Garell about abuse-reporting data. Sarah said Mary and Tracy confirmed the OTIS public dataset currently shows abuse types and case details but does not link incidents to named facilities.
