Unidentified Speaker 1 (meeting facilitator) opened consideration of Tanner Flats Phase 4, a final subdivision review adjacent to Summit Ridge Parkway and the Union Pacific railroad. Planning staff requested a USPS acknowledgment and asked that the plat acceptance language be changed to reflect the planning commission signature rather than a mayoral signature. Staff also said a PLSS (private land survey system) certificate from the Utah County Surveyor's Office is required to confirm there are no monuments on the site.
