County approves WPPA contract clarification, backs MS-ISAC membership

On the WPPA item, the chair described the contract negotiations as "the nicest, quickest" completed with the union and thanked union negotiators. Supervisors approved the resolution 24–0. Board members and staff flagged typographical errors in the packet language; the board voted to approve the corrected text and instructed staff to fix the typos before publication.
Separately, the board voted 24–0 to support Wisconsin establishing a membership with the MS-ISAC and to cover membership costs for state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) organizations. A supervisor noted a typographical error in the draft packet ("colts" vs. "cuts" in line 13); staff said they would correct it before final publication.
The WPPA resolution and the MS-ISAC endorsement were described by supervisors as routine but important for labor relations and cybersecurity coordination. Staff will finalize clerical corrections and complete any required administrative steps.
