Kenai Airport Commission elects chair and vice chair, approves agenda and minutes

At the Jan. 8 meeting the Kenai Airport Commission conducted its annual internal elections and routine procedural approvals.
A commissioner nominated Glenda Fekin for chair and the body recorded "no objections as stated," effectively confirming the nomination. Paul Meninga was recommended for vice chair and, with no other nominations offered, the body likewise recorded no objections.
A motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented was seconded and, hearing no objections, the chair declared the agenda approved. Later in the meeting a motion to approve the Nov. 13, 2025 minutes was seconded and, hearing no objections, the minutes were approved.
These items were handled by unanimous consent with no recorded roll-call votes.
