Recorder plans software change; statewide DOT outage halts vehicle renewals

"It is not us...it is a statewide outage with the DOT system," Speaker 6 said, warning staff to tell constituents the interruption was not a local system failure. County staff said they were working with state IT and proactively contacting appointments affected by the outage.
