Oakland County Land Bank reports property acquisitions, demolitions and new developer tools
The Land Bank Authority reported accepting nearly 100 properties from the state land bank, advancing renovation at Casa Del Rey, winning a $415,000 blight-elimination grant for Weber School demolition, and creating a GIS mapping tool to help assemble parcels for development.

The Oakland County Land Bank Authority presented its annual report and asked the committee to receive and file the report. Jill Robinson, director of the Land Bank (housed in the treasurer's office), outlined the Authority’s acquisitions and work over the past year and described several active projects and funding efforts.
