Council unanimously approved a rezoning from single-family (R-1) to R-2 for a triplex, multiple conditional-use permits for drive-thrus, mobile food units and event alcohol sales, and zoning amendments restricting bars in neighborhood commercial zones and adding spacing rules for new car washes.
