Wheat Ridge approves sales-and-use tax agreement with Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital

City Council approved an agreement with Intermountain Health (Lutheran Hospital) that fixes monthly sales-and-use tax payments at $20,002.46 with a 5% increase every second calendar year, excludes private physicians, and preserves certain old-campus functions and the chapel; council authorized mayor and clerk to execute the agreement.
