Lee Bodnar of the engineer's office presented Resolution No. 26-11, a standard owner’s agreement for roadway construction and drainage improvements tied to several residential developments. Bodnar described Berlin Sections 1 & 2 as totaling 44 lots located east of Gregory Road and south of Berlin Station Road in Berlin Township, and described Del Webb North Star Section 1 Phase C Clubhouse as part of a 154-unit multi-phase Del Webb North Star development in Kingston Township.
