Planning staff summarizes 2025 activity: permits, housing units and development value

At the Jan. 12 meeting staff reported department metrics from the prior year: more than 3,000 permits issued, roughly $452 million in permit value, about 2,600 housing and zoning complaints with a 92.4% clearance rate, and roughly $171 million in estimated new assessed value from development agreements; a housing study update is expected in February.
