Adam Kegley, director of foundation relations for Riley Children’s Foundation, asked commissioners on June 12 to approve a no‑cost extension for previously awarded opioid remediation funds so the project timeline could move to December 2025. “We’re requesting a no cost extension on the previously awarded funds,” Kegley said, adding that hospital teams are progressing on clinic planning and partnership development in Johnson County.
