Committee backs fee waivers for qualifying nonprofits, cites Grace Place example
The General Committee recommended two fee waivers for BOMA consideration: Resolution 2025-43 waives TreeBank contributions for qualifying nonprofits (retroactive consideration noted for Grace Place), and Resolution 2025-44 would waive temporary sign-permit fees for qualifying nonprofits on city and some private property.
