The commission granted a continuance for the Luxe Solar Center LLC expansion requests after the applicant requested additional time to complete an NDOT traffic report and related materials. Senior planner Lisa Nash said the applications include a major variance to reduce setbacks for an expansion and a conditional-use permit to add roughly 200–280 acres of photovoltaic solar panels to an existing project in Mason Valley (applications referenced as PLZ 2025-096 and PLZ 2025-085; APN references were corrected on the record).
