The Richmond Planning Commission approved a tentative parcel map on January 15 to subdivide an existing duplex at 815 24th Street (APN 528240008) into two equal parcels (PLN24-357). Planning manager David Stark said no new construction or increased density would result; the action would create two parcels with one dwelling unit permitted per parcel.
