Paul LeBlanc, the city planning consultant, told the commission the master plan has been updated to reflect commissioner suggestions and that the planning commission will advertise a February meeting for a public hearing on the draft. LeBlanc said he will post revised graphics and make materials available in advance to allow public review before the hearing.
