The committee approved September and Nov. 13 minutes, agreed to amend Nov. 20 and Dec. 18 minutes to add missing attendees (Marlene, Tina, Gemma, John) and discussed possibly moving future meetings from the third to the second Thursday; the December minutes were approved as edited.
