Staff reported that a consultant's June 2025 inspection of Old Town wells identified varied conditions and next steps. Of the wells assessed, four were found in good condition, six were inactive or inaccessible for measurement, one did not meet program registration requirements and was not qualified, one homeowner had already redrilled a well on their own, and eight wells were deemed eligible for redrilling under the mitigation program.
