At the conclusion of public business and with no public commenters, the Board of Supervisors moved into closed session to discuss confidential draft ordinances and draft economic development agreements. The chair stated the closed session was convened pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(a) and that records are to be kept confidential under Iowa Code section 22.7(65). (Speaker 2)
