Senate interim committee introduces three housing legislative concepts
The Senate Interim Committee on Housing and Development voted to introduce three legislative concepts: LC 5 (developer offset provisions in the Portland MSA), LC 54 (a study requirement for the Housing and Community Services Department), and LC 278 (landlord obligations to offer non-electronic access methods).
