Hamilton County sets aside $100,000 to reimburse sewer-function testing for Jackson Township residents

During the January meeting, a member raised recurring complaints from Jackson Township residents about potential forced connections to the utility if properties fall within a certain distance of the utility district line. The member said the county had determined residents would not be forced to connect but might be required to “test and provide the health department and the state proof that their sewer is functional.”
