The planning board voted to continue the preliminary plat for Chopper Industrial Park to Feb. 19 after staff told the commission Chopper Circle had been proposed as a private road but should be public. Staff reported the project proposes to create 10 lots on approximately 15.2 acres and that the road configuration requires clarification before further action.
