Carroll County Fiscal Court approved several small capital and maintenance items during its meeting. The court voted to authorize a $9,000 purchase of certified playground mulch for two play areas at Canyon Park. Speaker 1 described the material as certified playground material; Speaker 2 made the motion, seconded by Clay, and the court approved the expenditure by voice vote.
