Council advances PUD and UDO text amendments, including changes to setbacks and permitted uses
On first reading the council reviewed and advanced a Hickory Junction PUD amendment (outlot setback flexibility) and a package of Unified Development Ordinance edits including a 25-foot minimum front-load garage setback, solar/stormwater alignment, permitted-use clarifications and LEAP district adjustments.
