In a brief director's report, Speaker 1 said staff had scheduled and signed closings for two property sales: one closed that morning at 9:30 and another is scheduled for the following week. Speaker 1 also said staff had contacted the auditing firm Miller McDonald about the upcoming 2025 audit and did not expect major issues in wrapping up 2024 work.
