Augusta County moved forward with plans to replace its longtime computer‑aided dispatch (CAD) system after staff presented a proposal for ProSuite (Central Square). Presenters said the county’s current CAD dates to 1999, is difficult to update and report from, and requires a labor‑intensive, manual process to extract information; the proposed package would include implementation, training and data transfer.
