Planning commission backs conditional approval for Riverside Cabins lodge, sets limits on guests and operations
Boulder County planning commissioners voted to recommend conditional approval of SU23-013 (Riverside Cabins Lodge) to the Board of County Commissioners, subject to conditions including building permits for unpermitted work, a septic-based occupant cap (28 until upgraded, up to 34 if OWTS expanded), water-supply proof for indoor/outdoor uses, access improvements, historic-preservation review, and new signage and screening requirements.
