Boulder County commissioners approved a conservation-easement acquisition at Forsyth Rock on Dec. 9, a 36‑acre property with rock outcroppings, wetlands and contiguous conservation areas. The agreed price is $400,000. Aaron (Eric) Clark, a land officer with Parks and Open Space, told the board the owner requested a full restriction on structures and that the easement will preserve views and ecological values.
