Jennifer Palacek sought large reductions in side and rear setbacks to add a garage and master suite on a sloping lot in Willow Point. Palacek told the board the lot’s topography and cost of structural foundations made a front or rear solution impractical; she presented alternate drawings and said a one-and-a-half car garage (drawing number 3) would be a reasonable compromise.
