BZA approves consent docket of routine variances; two cases moved for full hearing
The Cobb County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a multi-item consent agenda covering routine residential variances and will hear two cases (V8 and V21) as regular agenda items after opponents asked they be removed from consent.

The Cobb County Board of Zoning Appeals approved its consent docket at its Jan. 14 meeting, clearing a series of residential variance requests that staff had recommended for approval. The board voted 5–0 to adopt the consent agenda after the zoning manager read items including requests to alter impervious coverage, accessory-structure setbacks and accessory uses across multiple lots.
