Redevelopment commission backs Benham infill program, approves design and plan contracts
The commission approved a sale of a commission-owned lot and approved contracts to create preapproved infill housing plans and initial design concepts: a Carriage House contract not to exceed $45,265 and an Abbot Marsh design contract not to exceed $15,000, both aimed at easing small-scale infill homebuilding in near-downtown neighborhoods.
