Committee forwards Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District management contract to full board
The committee voted 3-0 Jan. 15 to forward a management contract that renews and expands the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District for a 15-year term through Dec. 31, 2040; the contract establishes OEWD benchmarking and would allow assessment funds to be dispersed beginning in late April.

The Government Audit and Oversight Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted 3-0 on Jan. 15 to forward a resolution authorizing a management agreement between the City and the Ocean Avenue Association, the nonprofit that will manage the renewed Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District.
