Cooke County approves three plats, sets drainage condition on final plat
The Cooke County Commissioners Court approved an amended plat for Rock Creek Phase 2, a six-lot preliminary plat for JT Estates, and the final plat for Sunrise Acres (8 lots) with a drainage condition directing builders to route drainage to the road-side ditch.
