The Boyston County Solid Waste Management District reviewed procurement options for two new excavators and authorized financing during its meeting. Unidentified Speaker 4, who presented the director’s report, said the district had received bids from John Deere and Caterpillar and described differences in horsepower, weight and warranty coverage.
