The Boyston County Solid Waste Management District began its meeting with the election of officers and routine governance items. Unidentified Speaker 1 opened nominations for president; Unidentified Speaker 3 nominated a candidate, a second was recorded, and the board approved the nomination by voice vote. The board then nominated Tom Bricker for vice president; Unidentified Speaker 3 made the nomination, Unidentified Speaker 2 seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote.
