Commission approves culvert-assistance MSBU assessment resolution
The board approved Resolution No. 2026-3 to establish special non-ad valorem assessments to fund stormwater culvert replacements through the MSBU culvert assistance program and authorized the chair to sign documents as approved by the county attorney.

Barbara Geller, the county's MSBU coordinator, presented the culvert assistance program and explained that the resolution implements non-ad valorem assessments to fund stormwater culvert improvements within the Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU). Staff recommended approval of Resolution No. 2026-3 and authority for the chair to sign documents as approved by the county attorney.
