Madison County planning panel recommends rezoning to allow accessory dwelling at Duffield Martin Road
The Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission voted 4–1 to recommend rezoning roughly 7.35 acres at 1206 Duffield Martin Road so an existing accessory dwelling unit may continue to house the applicant's son; the matter will go to the Board of Commissioners for final action on Feb. 2.
