Council adopts ordinance adding Historic Preservation Commission duties to municipal code
On second reading the Dallas City Council unanimously passed Ordinance No. 19 17, adding sections 2.61–2.63 to the Dallas Municipal Code to establish responsibilities for the Historic Preservation Commission; the ordinance moves items previously in the development code into the municipal code.
