Developers preview Liberty Meadows subdivision; propose 569 lots, private utilities and road upgrades

Developers and engineers introduced a pre‑application for Liberty Meadows, a proposed subdivision in Precinct 4 along County Road 604. The development team said the project envisions approximately 569 lots with 40‑by‑120 foot lots typical, 50‑foot rights‑of‑way, 28‑foot concrete pavement and curb‑and‑gutter streets. The plan includes underground storm sewer, a wet‑bottom amenity detention basin intended to serve as both stormwater detention and an on‑site amenity, and private water and wastewater treatment plants with potential capacity to serve surrounding developments.
