The El Centro City Council on Tuesday adopted a rate adjustment for municipal solid‑waste services provided under contract with CR&R. Council voted 5‑0 to adopt the annual rate schedule developed under the Prop 218 process; staff said the calculation results in an overall adjustment factor of 2.3% for residential curbside service.
