• Item 8.42 — Resolution authorizing dissolution of the Avon Fremont drainage district under the Illinois drainage code; municipalities with property in the district have passed supporting resolutions and Grayslake is expected to pass a final resolution Dec. 16; committee approved sending to the full board: Approved by voice vote.
• Executive session actions: Committee authorized settlement authority for case number 220218WO14 and approved F&A executive session minutes from Nov. 6. Both approved by voice vote.
